Polished Chain
I went out this afternoon explicitly to take a photo for this post. I only ended up with a few keepers, including this one. The red paint really reminds me of nail polish — a feeling that I think is enhanced by its sparse presence.
Tomorrow’s picture will be the same picture without the cropping applied here, so that the context will be visible. I actually like both versions, which is why I’m giving the larger context version its own post.
